EURICE is a research-led consultancy firm offering knowledge-intensive business services – mainly related to R&I Project Design and Management, Collaborative Innovation Management, Communication and Training. Founded in 2000, EURICE provides comprehensive support services for the planning, initiation, and implementation of international collaborative research and innovation projects. In addition to offering backbone services for successful project management, EURICE is also managing impact and innovation in all areas of research and innovation projects. In order to pave the way for successful project valorisation, EURICE supports consortia in identifying, capturing, protecting and nurturing the Intellectual Property (IP) generated in research collaborations. Thus, our team accompanies researchers and innovative companies through the entire life cycle of a project – from the first idea to successful project completion – and beyond.
Role within TWIN-X
Within TWIN-X, EURICE is involved in two work packages: WP1 (Project Management & Scientific Coordination) and WP8 (Dissemination, Exploitation, Open Science and Training). Drawing on its extensive experience in European research projects, EURICE leads the external communication of TWIN-X in WP8. The team develops strategic communication activities, creates visibility for the project’s approach and objectives across different channels, and helps make scientific results accessible to a wide range of stakeholder groups. With its strong expertise in innovation management and IP capacity building across EU consortia, EURICE leads impact-oriented project management and risk management activities and contributes to governance planning and quality control as part of WP1.
